On Thursday, September 17th & 24th from 1:00pm – 3:30pm, Cowichan Hospice is hosting a Free 2 session Advanced Care Planning workshop for seniors at Cowichan Lake Community Services.
Join this workshop to learn how you can talk to your loved ones about what matters to you, and make your future healthcare wishes known.
