Lake Cowichan Food Bank is open the second  Tuesday of every month11:00 – 12:00 before Wednesday Hamper day for families with young children. We hope this will helps to avoid long lineups and convenient for picking up children from school. Regular distribution is the second Wednesday of every month, except December.  We are located at 62 Fern Road. Applications are to be filled/picked up/dropped off at the Cowichan Lake Community Services building at 121 Point Ideal Road.
