Christmas Parade – Sunday November 24th, 2024

The Cowichan Lake District Chamber of Commerce /Country Grocer Lake Cowichan are excited to welcome your participation in the 2024 Christmas Parade! The theme for the parade is “Griswold Christmas – Festive & Bright.” So decorate with all the holiday cheer possible. The parade will start at 4:00 pm on Sunday November 24th, and will move through the main street in town, going across the car bridge heading to the Country Grocer Parking lot area. The brighter the lighting on each entry, the better! Parade entry deadline is November 15, 2024. Important Information

Check-in/line-up begins at 3:00 pm on Point Ideal Road.

Parade entries will be assigned and lined up as they check-in. Entry numbers will not be assigned before arrival.

All Parade participants must be in line by 3:45 pm.

Parade participants who are walking may hand out candy or promotional items along the parade route .

Parade participants are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from throwing candy or promotional items from vehicles
or floats.
